What is "Flashing"?

The Engine Control Unit (ECU) that controls the fuel injection, ignition, etc. is essentially a self contained computer. Flashing or remapping is the process of reprogramming the computer's software to change the operating characteristics of the ECU to increase performance.

So how do I get my ECU flashed?

The First Annual Rallye Motor Sports Show

1st Annual Rallye BMW Motor Sport Event

The first annual Rallye BMW Motor Sport Event On May 23rd of 2010 took place in Westbury, NY. The event was a huge success bringing together more than 350 BMW enthusiasts. All different models, old and new, rocked the show. One of our customers, Theo Verios with a 1997 M3 took home the award for Best People's Choice! JMR Garage teams up with NYCE1S.COM at Honda Day

Great weather, a lot of sweet rides. Our friends over at Nyce1s.com asked us to bring out a shop car to fill a spot in their booth in the vendor section of the venue at Atco Raceway in Atco NJ on Sunday April 18th. Honda Day has always been one of our favorite events to attend, Alot of local cars & shops put on an amazing show. Much props goes out to the organizers of this event.

JMR GARAGE Goes to Redline Time Attack 2010

After an extensive 2 week's of getting two cars ready for this event, Aside from our general maintenance & project car's we have in the works for upcoming events we managed to pull it together & get two cars out there this weekend. Worked with Dave Harry owner of SMAX Speedmaxperformance, on one of these project's. Awesome products from them I must say! If you have this Sunday April 10th 2010 available on your calender, come down to New Jersey Motor Sport Park in Millville, NJ for the 1st East coast Redline Time Attack event of the season.
